Happy Pride Month 2022
BlueCollarWriter Labor Media believes workers’ rights and LGBTQ+ rights are one and the same, rooted in the same struggle for freedom, equality, dignity and humanity. This #PrideMonth, BCW is making its Pride designs part of the merch shop... not just for the month either, but as a permanent collection to show our Solidarity ✊.
Workers are rising up and taking a stand for their rights on the job. BlueCollarWriter Media wants to help and will be shining a spotlight workers who are organizing their workplaces by forming UNIONS. The goal of this feature is so others can learn about their stories, struggles and how to send Solidarity to these Working Class Heroes.

Indeed, through collective bargaining, working people in unions have higher wages, better benefits and safer workplaces.
